It doesn’t happen overnight. I have interviewed many very successful bloggers and several of them shared that the first couple of years were a lot of work with little reward. Their sites have received few visitors if any during the first few months, but they kept writing and churning out content.
Everybody wants to be successful. I haven’t met an entrepreneur who doesn’t want to make it happen for his/her business. To a business leader, success of the enterprise is actually a responsibility.
Yet, not everybody is able to make it. The question is – Why? How come some business leaders succeed beyond measure and others, in the same arena, can’t even make a mark? What are some of the differentiating factors?

I love attending business seminars, personal development workshops and networking events where I get to meet successful entrepreneurs from various industries and learn from their experience. This is how I add value to my entrepreneurial spirit.
Recently, I attended a professional seminar with a few of my business associates and got to listen to and learn from some of the top entrepreneurs in Dallas metro area. It was a fun filled event with a power packed schedule where I got a chance to make a lot of notes for myself.
In a recent networking event, I had an opportunity to engage in a very interesting conversation with a senior sales manager of a large firm. I got a chance to ask him a few questions and learn a few things from him.

In a short conversation, he shared many little things he does regularly outside of his job responsibilities for his prospects and customers that have consistently helped him not just in keeping his existing clients pleased, but to grow his customer base tremendously by new referrals.
I haven't seen a person who doesn't want to be successful in something. Everybody has dreams, everybody wants to be known for something, recognized for something – to be a success at something! Yet, success is always a minority in every field, in every walk of life.
