When I first watched this incredible TED talk by Simon Sinek, I was amazed the way he explained the "Law of Diffusion Of Innovation". I watched this video several times, made some notes as well.

Later that week I was going to give in a training session on the importance of Social Media Marketing and I realized Simon's talk gave me so much energy and direction that I was suddenly empowered. I went ahead with my presentation and it was a massive success.
"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.", said John Quincy Adams
I did my own research on Simon Sinek's work, got hold of his book Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action and found it a great book that inspires action. Simon Sinek's "Start With Why" is a must read for any entrepreneur or leader struggling to create a long-term vision and guiding principles for their company or cause.
If you are an entrepreneur or aspiring to be one, you owe it to yourself to watch this 18-minute video. It will give you a completely new paradigm for thinking about your vision and a strength to face the challenges on the way to your success.
Question: How does Simon's inspiring talk impact your own thought process? Would you leave a comment now?
Simon’s talk reinforces what I know to be true. I realized a long time ago that I don’t need to do a lot, I simply need to BE.
What happens first? … the world beating a path to your door? … or… “community outreach”? The world is not going to beat a path to your door unless and until they understand WHY you’re reaching out, until they know how much you care. For me, from the outside-in is all about “doing” whereas from the inside-out comes from “being.”The gaping difference in the two is that “doing” strives and struggles to attain. “Being” simply is. This is why I live by four words: BE LOVE TO OTHERS.I would rather turn the world inside-out than turn it upside-down.
“Be love to others”, that is absolutely an awesome message, Bill. Thank you for your thoughtful comment as usual. Turning the world inside-out is the only way to be effective. I roger that!
